Christmas 2021 Ordering & Closure Information



Please be advised that our office will close on the following days during the Christmas and New Year period:
  • 5pm EDST Thursday 23 to Tuesday 28 December 2021 inclusive, reopening on Wednesday 29 December
  • Monday 3 January 2022 
This closure will occur across all departments including Customer Care, Sales, Accounts Receivable, Clinical Support and our Warehouse.  

Normal trading hours will re-commence on Tuesday 4 January 2022.

Delivery impacts

All orders required prior to the Christmas closure will need to be ordered by the below cut-off times:

Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth & Sydney Metro: 
1.30pm EDST Friday 17 December 2021

All other areas: 
1.30pm EDST Tuesday 14 December 2021

For your convenience, we recommend that orders are placed prior to the closure period as transport standards and timeframes may differ between Christmas and New Year.

Important note about Cold Goods 

To ensure you receive your Cold Goods prior to Christmas, please place all Cold Goods orders by 1.30pm EDST Tuesday 14 December 2021.

No orders for Cold Goods will be dispatched between Wednesday 22 December 2021 and Monday 3 January 2022.  

Placing orders during this period

Orders can be placed online at MyIntegria throughout the Christmas closure, providing you with a convenient way to place orders anywhere, anytime. If you currently do not have login details for MyIntegria, please email your request to enquiries@integria.com or call us on 1300 654 336. 

Please note that due to the Christmas public holidays, transport delivery timeframes may be extended. We expect all delivery standards and timeframes to return to normal by Thursday 6 January 2022.
